Data and purpose

The desktop tool uses Google OAuth to read Gmail messages and download relevant statement attachments. It processes statement information such as dates, balances, contributions, withdrawals, units, and returns to create consolidated reports. Gmail sending permission is used to email the report to the owner.

Storage and sharing

Downloaded statements, reports, and OAuth tokens are stored on the owner’s computer. Reports sent through Gmail are also stored by Google. When the owner chooses to analyze reports with ChatGPT, the report contents are shared with OpenAI and handled under that service’s applicable settings and policies. This public website does not receive or store statements, Gmail tokens, or account balances.

The operator does not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Google user data is used only for the stated reporting functions. The tool’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control and deletion

The owner can stop the scheduled task, revoke access through their Google Account security settings, and delete local statements, reports, and token files. Copies in Gmail or ChatGPT must be deleted within those services separately. Local files remain until deleted by the owner.
